Cultured instant Peach ice cream

Cook time: 120 minutes
Serves 3 people

Ingredients

  • 2 heaping cups of peaches
  • 1/3 cup Basic Kefir
  • 2 T. honey

Directions

  1. Place the peaches in the freezer on parchment paper or a cookie sheet and freeze for at least hours

  2. Place the frozen fruit in a food processor and pulse until it starts to bet creamy.

  3. Add the kefir and honey, and process the mixture until it’s creamy like ice cream.

  4. Serve immediately or place it in a bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up
