Cultured Orange-Ginger Kefir Salad

Ingredients
- 2 T. Orange-Ginger Kefir Dressing
- 4 slices Cultured Cinnamon Apples
- 1 stalk Fermented Celery with Raisins, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/3 cup walnuts, soaked and dried
- 3 cups mixed greens
Directions

Pour the dressing in the bottom of a widemouth mason jar.

Working from the bottom up, layer the lapples, celery, feta cheese, and walnuts. Pack in the greens and seal the jar.

Top with a lid and put it in the fridge for later, or shake vigorously to combine the dressing with the vegetables.
