Gluten-Free Easy Bacon & Egg Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 strips all natural, uncured bacon (no preservatives)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 or 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
- Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

n a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until desired doneness. Remove bacon strips to a paper towel lined plate to drain, reserving bacon grease in skillet.

Add broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry over medium-high heat until the broccoli becomes just tender, about 8 minutes.

Transfer broccoli to a serving bowl, top with crumbled bacon and sliced hard-boiled egg. Add pepper to taste and serve immediately.
