Mozzarella, Tomato, & Avacado Salad With Basil

- 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 2 avacados, halved & sliced crosswise
- 8oz (250g) mozzarella, sliced
- Salt, black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves, torn
Directions

Layer the tomatoes, avacado, & mozarella on a large serving dish or individual plates, sprinkling with salt & pepper in between the layers. Drizzle over lemon juice & oil. Scatter with basil & serve immediately.
