Ingredients
- 1 pint organic heavy cream, raw or pasteurized
- 1/4 c. organic whole milk yogurt
Directions

If using raw cream, heat to 100-110 F

If using pasteurized milk, heat milk to 180 F and then cool to 110 F.

Add yogurt and mix well. Cap the jar and leave on the counter for a minimum of 24 hrs.
