Ingredients
- 1 pastured egg yolk
- 1/4 of an avocado,
- 2 large granny smith apples, 4 carrots, 4 stalks of celery.
- 1/4 cup of raw or probiotic sour cream
Directions

in a juicer, juice the apples, celery, and apples.

Combine the juiced veggies & fruit with the avocado, egg yolk, sour cream in a blender and blend until well combined

The batch makes about 1 and ½ glasses of juice
