GAP SMOOTHIE & MILKSHAKE II

THIS MILKSHAKE IS THE GAPS PROTOCOL WAY OF DETOXING THE BODY. ONCE A WEEK OR EVERY TWO WEEKS IS GOOD TO DO.

Do not forget to add the eggs, avocado, and sour cream. These are excellent fats for the brain.

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 large granny smith apples,
  • 8 carrots
  • 8 stalks of celery.
  • The first step is to juice the veggies and fruit.
  • 1 cup of raw sour cream
  • 4 pastured eggs
  • 1 avocado

Directions

  1. The first step is to juice the veggies and fruit.

  2. Add the juiced veggies and fruit to a blender; add the, eggs, avocado and sour cream and blend until well blended.

  3. The batch makes about 4 and ½ glasses of juice
