GAP SMOOTHIE & MILKSHAKE II

THIS MILKSHAKE IS THE GAPS PROTOCOL WAY OF DETOXING THE BODY. ONCE A WEEK OR EVERY TWO WEEKS IS GOOD TO DO.
Do not forget to add the eggs, avocado, and sour cream. These are excellent fats for the brain.

Ingredients
- 4 large granny smith apples,
- 8 carrots
- 8 stalks of celery.
- The first step is to juice the veggies and fruit.
- 1 cup of raw sour cream
- 4 pastured eggs
- 1 avocado

Add the juiced veggies and fruit to a blender; add the, eggs, avocado and sour cream and blend until well blended.

The batch makes about 4 and ½ glasses of juice
