GAPS Ginger & turmeric Coconut Creams

Ingredients

  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 1/2 inch turmeric
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey

Directions

  1. Peel and grate the ginger root and turmeric in a bowl. Add the coconut oil and stir all ingredients together. Mold them into balls or squares and freeze them.

  2. Add them to 1 cup of boiling water and enjoy.

  3. Note: You can add the honey in the mix or leave it out and add it when you prepare your tea.

  4. triple or quadruple the recipe to make more to keep on hand for an easy cup of tea.
