GAPS Ginger & turmeric Coconut Creams

Ingredients
- 1 inch ginger root
- 1/2 inch turmeric
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
Directions

Peel and grate the ginger root and turmeric in a bowl. Add the coconut oil and stir all ingredients together. Mold them into balls or squares and freeze them.

Add them to 1 cup of boiling water and enjoy.

Note: You can add the honey in the mix or leave it out and add it when you prepare your tea.
