Ingredients
- Boneless chicken thighs - large package
- Sliced white onions - at least 2 large
- 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
Directions

Put salt, pepper, and oregano on chicken. Put chicken skin-side down in roasting pan. Cover with sliced onions. Add vinegar and water. Cook on 400 for 1 hour. Turn chicken over and cook for an additional hour. Do not cover.
