GAPS Pumpkin Nut Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond, cashew, pecan nut butter
- 1 cup pumpkin squash
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 tablespoon animal fat
- honey to put on top
Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour batter into a hot skillet greased with butter, ghee, or duck fat.
