Gluten-free pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups cassava flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Sift flour, baking power, sugar and salt into a large mixing bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and slowly add water, mixing as you go.
