Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cassava flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Sift flour, baking power, sugar and salt into a large mixing bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and slowly add water, mixing as you go.
