Kefir Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kombucha Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Kefir Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Kefir
  • ⅛ cup flat leaf parsley – finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic – finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Kombucha
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion – dehydrated
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper – freshly ground
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the dressing to a covered container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
  3. Storage note: This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
