Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup creek yogurt
  • 1 cup homemade yogurt or Bulgarian yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cultured sour cream, if available
  • 2 cut-up recipe bananas, frozen or fresh
  • 2 cups of frozen mixed Organic berry blend
  • 1 pastured egg yolk

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend until thick and smooth.
