Chuck Roast and Veggies

Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs chuck roast with bone
- 1 teaspoon Salt and pepper
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic or use garlic salt (1 teasp.)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 an onion cut-up
- 3-4 carrots thickly sliced

Marinate the roast the night before.

Put the roast in a slow cooker with onions and carrots and cook on low for 7 hrs. or on high for 4 or 5 hrs.
