Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp rice vinegar

Trim the stalks of broccoli to 3 inches; peel the stalks. Cut into 1/2-inch-wide spears. Toss with vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat, turning, until charred and crisp-tender, 6-8 minutes. Whisk chili sauce with fish sauce and vinegar. Drizzle over the broccoli.
