Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 1-1/2 cups chicken broth undiluted, thickened w gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cup gluten-free sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°. In a small saucepan, cook broccoli in water until crisp-tender; drain. Place in a greased 11×7-in. baking dish; set aside.

Combine the chicken, soup, mayonnaise, cheese and curry powder; spoon over broccoli. Top with bread cubes and butter. Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 25-30 minutes.
