Almond Flour Banana Muffins usingTapioca

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients together.

In a separate bowl, beat egg, add the mashed bananas and the rest of the wet ingredients. Mix well.

Pour dry ingredient mix into the wet ingredients. Mix well.

Spray a muffin tin (or bread tin) add mixture to muffin tin. Baked for about 25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
