Gaps Cassava Flour Tortillas

Ingredients
- 2 cups cassava flour
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or goats milk
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoon iodized salt
- Olive oi, avocado oil, or ghee for cooking

Mix the ingredients. Use the corn tortillas maker to make them easier to roll out.
