Gaps Cassava Flour Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cassava flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or goats milk
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoon iodized salt
  • Olive oi, avocado oil, or ghee for cooking

Directions

  1. Mix the ingredients. Use the corn tortillas maker to make them easier to roll out.
