Low-Oxalatew Fiesta Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients
- 14 ounces organic roasted red peppers, drained and rubbed to remove seeds, coarsely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (or more to taste)
- 2 (22 gm) scallion bottoms, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Mineral salt such as Real SaltĀ®
- White pepper (opt.)
- 8 oz. Organic Cream Cheese
- 1/4 C fresh cilantro (8 -10 gms)

Combine ingredients and stir until blended. Serve.
