GAPS Cultured Garlic Aioli Dip

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kombucha Mayo
  • 3 Cloves raw garlic
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon
  • Probiotic Mayo
  • 1/4 cup Basic Kombucha
  • 2 large eggs yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon each of mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Prep the mayo by combining all the ingredients in a mason jar and inserting an immersion blender and push it all the way to the bottom of the jar. Blend for a full 20 seconds. Add a few more seconds if the mayo doesn’t seem fully blended.

  2. For the Aioli, combine all the ingredients together in a small jar until well combined

  3. This will last in fridge for a month
