Ingredients
- 2 cups Bulgarian yogurt
- 1/2 cup probiotic sour cream, Anns has this kind of Sour Cream.
- 1 banana, as ripe as you can get it
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup pineapple cubed
- 1 tablespoon raw honey, optional

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend well
