GAPS Green Morning Juice

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 3 cucumbers, peeled and seeded
  • 6-8 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 handful parsely
  • 4-5 apples
  • 1-3 inch piece of ginger
  • juice of 1-2 lemons

Directions

  1. Squeeze the lemon juice into the juice container

  2. Add all of the rest of the fruits and vegetables into juicer.
