Ingredients
- 2-2/3 cups Gluten-free flour
- 2 T. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1-3/4 cups buttermilk
- 3 large eggs
- 4 T. unsalted butter, melted and cooled

Heat pan or waffle iron

Whisk all dry ingredients in a bowl; In separate bowl whisk buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter until well combine

Whisk buttermilk mixture into flour until mixture is thick and no lumps are left

Bake waffles using 1/3 cup batter for one 7-inch waffle.

Can be make into pancakes as well
