GAPS BANANA BERRY SMOOTHIE

THIS RECIPE CAN BE MADE WITH JUST ONE KIND OF YOGURT. THE BULGARIAN YOGURT PROVIDES MORE GOOD GUT BACTERIA. USE YOUR FAVORITE FRUIT AS A SUBSTITUTE

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen organic pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen organic blue berries
  • 1 Tablespoon raw honey
  • 1/2 cup, Bulgarian yogurt or raw milk yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creek yogurt
  • 1/2 coconut cream
  • 1 orange

Directions

  1. Peel, and cut the orange in small pieces; add banana, berries, pineapple, honey; stir for a few minutes to loosen frozen fruit.

  2. Add the yogurt and coconut cream.

  3. Combine and mix together in a blender
