Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Sea-Vegetables Powder (Wild Harvested)
- 1 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Pepper Salt
- 1 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden A2/A2 Ghee
- Dash Dr. Cowan’s Garden Jaya Raw Fermented Probiotic Hot Sauce, garnish
- 1/2 lb. cod fillet
- lemon or lime, garnish
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix sea vegetable powder and pepper salt with a teaspoon of ghee.
- Spread mixture on top of cod fillet.
- Bake for up to 15 minutes or until the fish is no longer translucent.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and hot sauce, and serve with rice or roasted vegetables.
