BLACKENED COD

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Sea-Vegetables Powder (Wild Harvested)
  • 1 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Pepper Salt
  • 1 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden A2/A2 Ghee
  • Dash Dr. Cowan’s Garden Jaya Raw Fermented Probiotic Hot Sauce, garnish
  • 1/2 lb. cod fillet
  • lemon or lime, garnish

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix sea vegetable powder and pepper salt with a teaspoon of ghee.
  3. Spread mixture on top of cod fillet.
  4. Bake for up to 15 minutes or until the fish is no longer translucent.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon and hot sauce, and serve with rice or roasted vegetables.
