THE NEW PLATE GF WAFFLES

Ingredients

  • 2-2/3 cups GF flour mix
  • 1-3/4 cups buttermilk, or thinned out yogurt or coconut milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted and cooled

Directions

  1. Mix the eggs, milk, and butter well; add to flour mixture and combine will to form a thick waffle batter.

  2. Use 1/3 cup for a 7" waffle iron. Bake waffles according to instructions on your waffle maker.

  3. NOTE: YOU CAN MAKE PANCAKES WITH THIS BATTER.
