GLUTEN-FREE BREAKFAST PIZZA

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1, 10" G-F pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce, or any sauce you like
  • 1 1/2 cups of cooked pork sausage
  • 1/2 an onion cut into slices
  • 1 cup or more of grated raw sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons of beef tallow or avocado oil
  • add anything else you desire. An egg cooked over easy put on top is delicious

Directions

  1. t oven to 350. Add beef tallow or avocado oil to a skillet and saute the onions until soft.

  2. Spread sauce on pizza and add sauteed onions, meat and all the rest of the toppings.

  3. Bake in the oven for about 14 to 20 minutes or long enough to make sure the cheese is melted and bubbly.
