GAPS Fresh Fruit Yogurt Paks

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, diced
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/3 cup walnut pieces, optional
  • 1 cup raw yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

  1. Peel and dice apple into bite size pieces; add the diced pineapple, and walnuts. Add the yogurt and honey and mix well.

  2. Put them into small paper cups with lid and refrigerate them for easy access.
