Note~I did not cook fo r4 hours (gived me a break) I ran the tomatoes through my food processor then cooked th eglop for about 1/2 hour.~A
You might need to buy:
- * 6 pounds green tomatoes
- * 3 pounds onions
- * 2 teaspoons black pepper
- * 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- * 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- * 2 cups vinegar
- * 1 cup honey
You might need to buy:
- cinnamon sticks
- anise seed
- pouch liquid pectin
- apple juice
You might need to buy:
- #6 cups apple juice
- # 5 cups sugar
- # 4 cups water
- # 3 cups corn syrup
- # 1/4 cup lemon juice
Awesome! I now add as many grapes as I can, with 1/2 cup sugar, and fill with boiling water. Works perfectly! After 6 weeks just strain and dilute and sweeten to taste. Super easy and delicious! ~A
