Can be frozen. This is very good and is just like Stuffed Baked potatoes made with broccoli instead of cauliflower. I cut back on the cream cheese and cheddar because the broccoli florets I bought came in a 14 oz. bag instead of 16 oz. Unlike the cauliflower version, you don’t want to overcook the broccoli so it will hold its shape and not turn to mush. -?
- frozen broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
You can make a healthier version of this by getting the fat free soup, using whole grain brown rice, and using less cheese and/or a different kind such as mozzarella.
- water
- uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- onion powder
- ground black pepper
- frozen mixed vegetables
- shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- dry white OR red wine
- chicken stock
- fresh ricotta cheese
This is really good. My kids used to request this meal when they came home from a week at camp!
Usually I end up using more chicken and more spaghetti than actually called for; when I do this I add an extra can of cream of mushroom soup.
- whole chicken
- butter
- onion chopped
- flour
- milk
- diced pimentos
- cream of chicken soup
- mushrooms **
- garlic salt **
- soy sauce
- uncooked rice
- butter
- Lipton onion soup mix envelope
- bell pepper
- Salt
- Pepper
- medium Pork Chops
- uncooked rice
- butter
- Lipton onion soup mix envelope
- bell pepper
- Salt
- Pepper
- medium Pork Chops
I finally tried this…it was really good but made a lot. I suggest you make two smaller casseroles and freeze one.
- finely minced garlic
- sugar
- lean ground beef
- bell pepper
- water
- Lipton onion soup mix envelope
- butter
- uncooked rice
- Salt
- Pepper
- medium Pork Chops
- coarsely broken tortilla chips
- sliced ripe olives
- shredded lettuce
- ready made sauce
- small can tomato paste
- sugar--taste as you add it. Pasta of choice
