Quick, but yummy side that’s different from the same old veggies
This was so simple and so tasty. Zucchini is one of our new favorite veggies.
I love making this whenever I make carrots as a side now! Very tasty and the parsley makes it look pretty.

You’ll think these must be horrible for you, but if you use low fat dressing, low fat crescent rolls, and low fat cheese they’re really not that bad at all, but taste awesome! This is fun for a Friday night with the kids and it’s one of like six dishes that my kids will actually eat!
