This has become a favorite in our house for it’s simplicity and the fact that even the kids eat it!
- cooked chicken diced up
- Wheat or Flour Tortillas
- Taco Seasoning
I didn’t know what would be better than my Chicken Tortilla Soup recipe, so I was highly skeptical of this one. I think it’s just as good.. or better! It’s fun to eat because it reminds me of a party because it kind of tastes like a taco dip!

This recipe is from my mother in law in NJ. She says it’s from the newspaper and that the local firemen have made this at the station for years. It’s yummy, but there’s a lot of it so it’s not a recipe for a weeknight family dinner (unless you have a huge family) :0)
- ground beef
- Lipton onion soup
- eggs
- white bread chopped into crumbs
- steak sauce

This recipe is very similar to the Olive Garden version. It’s good, but not the healthiest so it’s definitely not in my regular rotation.
- butter
- heavy cream
- slat
- grated parmesan cheese

My mother in law makes this and it’s super yummy. You could also use the homemade sauce recipe I have from her as well.
