This soup FREEZES well, so you might want to make a double batch and freeze some for lunches to take to work.

This is good – very tasty!!! I used a can of fire roasted tomatoes, and parsley (bc I didn’t have any cilantro) and just cut up the chicken breasts into small pieces and sauteed it in a frying pan.

20 December 2011 - this was fabulous. I used a pinch of fennel – I didn’t have ground fennel. I also added a half of a orange pepper, diced, and an extra can of grbanzos.
