You might need to buy:

- Then Add:
- eggs
- flour (1/2 of the flour and salt; then remaining 1/2 of flour.
- salt
- Dough will be thicker than pancake batter but thinner than bread batter.
- Do not let rise at this point.
- Break into hunks and roll into rectangles. This will take 4-6 times to use all the dough. The rectangles will be about 1/2” thick.
