I raised the temp to 400 degrees and baked it in the top of the oven.

20 December 2011 - this was fabulous. I used a pinch of fennel – I didn’t have ground fennel. I also added a half of a orange pepper, diced, and an extra can of grbanzos.

I used only 3.5 oz of chorizo, and it was more than enough. Quarter the link before you cut in into coins – I also added 2 carrots and 4 medium potatoes.

I cooked it 10 minutes more and it needed even more than that (because I think that my oven doesn’t heat well). Art & Lys liked it.

PS: I also like to toss things like diced feta cheese or chopped fresh chilli through this salad. Different-coloured cherry tomatoes are really nice too.
Wine suggestion:
Italian white – a Falanghina from the south
