  • cinnamon
  • salt
  • white sugar
  • Stir together with whisk
  • WET INGREDIENTS
  • Crisco solid
  • buttermilk
  • Mix together wet ingredients with mixer AND add dry ingredients slowly
  • BEAT 2 MINUTES ON MEDIUM
  • ADD;
  • eggs
  • BEAT ANOTHER 2 MINUTES
  • Grease and flour pans-I line bottom with parchment paper
  • Bake at 350 for about 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean-maybe less that 30 minutes
  • COOL
  • Frost with white frosting and sprinkle with toasted pecan pieces
