Father’s Day 2012 – a great way to use your lettuce from the CSA. Not a neat meal, but tasty. I added a couple of carrots, shredded, and a can of water chesnuts.
- ground turkey

- ground cumin
- fresh ground black pepper to taste

I used some blue cheese crumbles and a tablespoon of Litehouse Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette just like my SIL, but don’t feel like you have to have the dressing to make these…they are good with just the crumbles too.
