  • This is not a soup or chowder but meant to be served over rice.
    I adapted this from a Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque recipe I have. Not sure it will work but I am going to try!!

These were delish…My daughter made these for us…She got the recipe from her brother!
Recipe makes 8 each 4 Ounce Crab Cakes. AND as usual the two made slight changes to the original recipe!

  • real mayonnaise

  • Old Bay Seasoning

This was a ton better than regular Kabobs…much less mess, less poking yourself with the wooden skewers. Lots of times I have trouble with mushrooms and pineapple splitting when I try to put on skewers…Not with this method! Oh…hubby loved it!

You might need to buy:
  • shrimp peeled and deveined
  • Green Bell pepper cut into about 2 inch squares
  • Red or any other color Bell pepper cut into about 2 inch squares
  • & 1/2 Onion cut into quarters
  • mushrooms
  • fresh pineapple

  • Marinade: I sort of eyeballed the ingredients and just mixed up something that might taste good!
