- finely chopped Italian parsley
- shakes of Tabasco to taste

- This is not a soup or chowder but meant to be served over rice.
I adapted this from a Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque recipe I have. Not sure it will work but I am going to try!!

- medium shrimp peeled & deveined
- sliced mushrooms
- crushed garlic
- medium scallions--1/2 inch diagonal slices
- fresh lemon juice
- red pepper sauce
- salt
- pepper
- cheese grits--recipe below
This was a ton better than regular Kabobs…much less mess, less poking yourself with the wooden skewers. Lots of times I have trouble with mushrooms and pineapple splitting when I try to put on skewers…Not with this method! Oh…hubby loved it!

- Red or any other color Bell pepper cut into about 2 inch squares
