This is a family tradition from my husbands side. They make it for Christmas morning breakfast…I make it for New Years Day morning. It is similar to a waffle/pancake/fried donut…Maybe an Indian Fry Bread?

- fresh mushrooms
- as needed non-stick spray
- minced garlic
- taste salt & pepper
- shredded mozzarella
- large eggs
- milk
- feta cheese
- grated parmesan
Option: substitute brown sugar for 1/2 or 1/4 cup of natural maple syrup for a healthier alternative
