- loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- kosher salt
- finely grated Parmesan cheese
- olive oil
- Vegetable cooking spray
You might need to buy:
- unsalted butter
- packed light brown sugar
- light corn syrup
- popcorn
You might need to buy:
- grated Parmesan cheese
- Panko*
- vegetable oil
- all-purpose flour
You might need to buy:
- Ingredients:
- Chopped macadamia nuts
- Sliced almonds
- Chopped pecans
- Sunflower seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Golden and black flaxseed EACH
- *if I don't have these I usually sprinkle some cinnamon into the bowl
- salt
- Pure maple syrup
- Oat flour

You might need to buy:
- Peanut butter or chocolate or caramel
- nuts
- Apple
- mini chocolate chips
These sound like they would be really hot…but I don’t like hot stuff and I loved these! I think the trick is cleaning out all those ribs and seeds. (You might want to use plastic gloves to protect your fingers.)
You can use one of those “grill pans” that have little holes in it for grilling fish or vegetables.
You might need to buy:
- each 8 oz. packages cream cheese
- onion chopped
- Little Smokies or Eckrich sausage chopped very small
- Owens hot sausage
- large jalapeno peppers
- shredded cheese
- thin sliced bacon cut into 1/3's
