  • Ham or smoked sausage - as much as you like cut into small pieces
  • ham hock and 1 piece of pork salt back
  • celery
  • large leeks or 3 small ones
  • large onion
  • split green peas
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste

I think 1 lemon might have done it. I used 2, and it was very lemony (but also very clean tasting).
