- 3c flour spooned and leveled

- Pulse ingredients together in a food processor until dough forms a ball
- Press dough into an 8x8 inch Pyrex baking dish
- Bake at 350° for 12 minutes
- Filling:
- raspberry fruit spread
- Streusel Topping:
- coconut oil
- blanched almond flour
- xylitol
- celtic sea salt
- unsweetened shredded coconut
ready in about an hour and 10 minutes;

- 200ml soured cream

- Chocolate or butter cake mix
- small milky way bars
- milk
- heath bar
- cool whip
Instead of 1 1/2 cups APF, use 1 cup APF and 1/2 cup White Whole Wheat; instead of 3/4 cup brown sugar, use 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup date sugar —cook for 15 minutes
