This is the original. I made some adjustments for 24 muffins and using some whole wheat pastry flour
- vegetable oil
- large eggs

- granulated sugar
- pumpkin seeds

- King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour or King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour
- pumpkin pie spice; or 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon + 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves + 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
For the bread machine, with my adjustments :)
- buttermilk
- egg
- apple cider or apple juice concentrate
- raw honey or 2 T real maple syrup
- bread or regular flour
- course ground old-fashioned oats
easy to double. You can sub in place of vanilla ice cream: salted caramel, chocolate mint, coffee flavor or another chocolate ice cream.

1. This makes 5 C (two 20oz drinks)
2. The oatmeal – I make up a batch of oatmeal and freeze it in small containers. Just make a batch like you like to fix it.
3.The Bone Broth Protein -use your fav flavor. I use plain because I am allergic to stevia.
- - 1.75 C of Dark Chocolate Almond Milk
- Ice
How to. I usually roast then mash and measure out in 2 cup increments to freeze and use in recipes.

Flavor variations: Add up to 1 1/2 C nuts, dried fruit, or mini chips to dough along with the flour. Adjust the flavoring to suit the add-in if desired;e.g. add 1/4t orange oil with 3/4 C crasins and 3/4 C chopped nuts. or replace the vanilla with 1/2t anise. You can increase the sugar to 1 C and add 4 T cocoa. Leave as vanilla and before baking, sprinkle the loaves with cinnamon sugar. We had this at a little restaurant in Flagstaff AZ. I had to come home and find a recipe! I make the meatballs up in a double recipe and freeze them. I then divide them up into zip top bags and store in freezer so I have meatballs at the ready! Usually need about 24-30 meatballs for a recipe of soup.
