Be careful with siracha and cinnamon – don’t be heavy handed.
This freezes very well – but freeze without the dairy products. Cut off the stem end of the squash so that it is easier to handle and peel. You can also carmelize the onions/carrots/celery mix.
Variation:: You can also try it with nutritional yeast and almonds.

You can add any kind of dried fruit, cranberries, craisins. You can add orange zest. Or use almond or coconut extract instead of vanilla. The dough freezes well.

Can be served with any protein or fish. You could use parsley instead of cilantro. Could use any citrus, orange or lemon as well. Great with pork tenderloin, or pork chops __ sear off the pork loin and finish in a 350 oven.
