A Winter Staple!

Since this is an Italian meatloaf we use the leftovers for Spaghetti the next night. Just break up the leftover loaf into a pan and add a jar of spaghetti sauce and stir until everything is heated through. Add over pasta and you have another quick dinner.

Note: This recipe can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 2 days. To serve, remove from refrigerator and stir in 2 tablespoons warm water per portion; serve cold or reheat in microwave.
