Line baking pan with foil and grease foil. This makes clean-up a breeze.
Add 1 tsp of Parmesan cheese to bread crumbs.
Use Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs.

- ·a glug of vegetable or peanut oil

- ·1 tbsp NoMU Oriental Rub
- Oriental Marinade
- 8x200g portions of Salmon
- ·2 tbsp sweet thai chilli sauce or chilli jam
- ·1 tsp fish sauce
- ·1 tbsp oyster sauce
- ·juice and jest of 2 limes
Use haddock or cod. Good with orange roughy.

This is really good and extra crunchy!
Panko is a Oriental bread crumb and can be found in that section of your grocery.
I will say that some fish works well with Panko…some just needs good old fashioned cornmeal coating recipe found in this book.
