Thinking you could add/substitute for peas & carrots: Asian Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables, snow peas, bean sprouts, baby corn, water chestnuts, sliced green onion instead of white onion….so many variations you could do.

This is really GOOD!! This will DEFINITELY replace my overly sweet powdered sugar icing on many of my cakes. Bet you could even use “Sugar Free” varieties of the cool whip and vanilla pudding!

Recipe recommends using filets and wrapping in foil in oven. I don’t see why you couldn’t use salmon steaks and place on the grill or broiler.
